Reiki Embodiment
Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes, with no rush—this is your time to fully relax and receive.
What to Expect
Every Reiki session is unique, just as every individual’s experience will differ. You can expect a safe, nurturing space where you can breathe, relax, and connect with your higher self. Reiki helps release what no longer serves you—tension, stress, or emotional blockages—supporting a deeper sense of balance and well-being.
During the session, you may feel a warm, radiant energy flowing through and around you. Reiki works holistically, helping to ease physical discomfort, calm emotions, and restore harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.
I often incorporate crystals, intuitively placed on or near your body, to enhance the healing process. The session is mostly touch-free, allowing you to simply rest and receive. Towards the end of the session, I use sound bowls to deepen your relaxation and integration.

3-Session Reiki Package (90 minutes each) – $450 (to be used within 2 months)
